How do I login to Pearson MyLab?

  1. Please follow the Pearson link provided within your Zane State College Blackboard course, or open an Internet browser to the address pearsonmylabandmastering.com
  2. If you have already created your Pearson account, click the Sign in button
    1. Click into the Username text box and type in the username you previously created
    2. Click into the Password text box and type in your Pearson password
    3. Click the Sign In button
  3. If you have not created your Pearson account, click the Student button within the Register section
    1. Follow the on screen steps to create your Pearson account. Please note you will need your Zane State College email address, course ID and Pearson book access code before registering for your Pearson account.

 

What Internet browsers can I use with Pearson MyLab?

Pearson supports all popular browsers including Google Chrome, Apple Safari, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge.

What if I forget my Pearson username or password?

  1. Please follow the Pearson link provided within your Zane State College Blackboard course, or open an Internet browser to the address pearsonmylabandmastering.com
  2. Click the Forgot username or password? link
  3. Type in the email address you provided to Pearson when you created your account
  4. Click the Send Email button
  5. Login to the Email account you provided to Pearson and find the email they sent
  6. Follow the instructions provided in the email to determine your username or change your password

  3. Click the drop down box under Issue category and select the option that best fits your issue
  4. Click into the Describe the issue you’re experiencing text box and type in a descriptive narrative of your issue
  5. Proceed with filling in your personal information and the Captcha text, then click the Continue button
  6. Pearson support will contact you regarding your issue.
