Spring Semester 2020 Schedule Changes
Use the block schedule to plan your term.
This form has fillable fields; students who chose to utilize a digital signature must sign up for an account with Adobe and send their electronic form from their ZSC email account to both instructor and dean for signature.
Students are responsible for sending the signed form to the Registrar's Office (either in person to College Hall 119 or by email firstname.lastname@example.org) to be reinstated into their class(es).
